Thom Yorke Headed On Tour With New Band

Thom Yorke is heading out on tour again, though this time it won't be with Radiohead. Billboard is reporting that Yorke and his newly named side project Atoms For Peace will be hitting the road this spring. The band includes Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beck drummer Joey Waronker, Nigel Godrich, and Forro In The Dark percussionist Mauro Refosco.

The tour kicks off on April 5th in New York City, rolls through Chicago's Aragon Ballroom on April 10th and 11th, and concludes with a performance at the Coachella Music Festival in California.

No news as of yet regarding an album from the band, though we will keep you posted as information becomes available.
